At the end of the season Ek said a source in Western Canada told him the Islanders were looking to add the Sedins. Deal must be delayed or there's some kind of hold up. Usually Ek's Western source is spot on. |

No offense Ek but the Preds still hold all of the power. There are cheaper options out there. Derek Roy and Mike Ribeiro are also options. They are also on the decline but the Preds won't be on the hook for 4 more seasons.
